Consolidated Resource, LLC seeks a midlevel Project Coordinator to support a wide range of Civil Construction tasks, blending field and office work. You will assist in tracking budgets, creating change orders, entering project data, issuing purchase orders, processing billings, and coordinating with customers during kick-offs and closeouts.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, solid computer proficiency, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be punctual and able to come to work promptly, regularly, and on-time.
• Ability to follow instructions and carry out duties while unsupervised.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain organized digital project files and documentation
• Set up new projects and work orders in ERP systems
• Track and update project logs, schedules, and status reports
• Maintain current project contact lists and distribution lists
• Organize project correspondence and ensure proper documentation retention
• Submittals & Shop Drawings
• Prepare and distribute submittal packages
• Track submittal status, approvals, and resubmissions
• Maintain submittal logs and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate routing of approved shop drawings internally
• Verify project teams are working from current approved documents
• Assist the safety department in implementation of safe working culture
• Assist in creation and tracking of project scope of work descriptions and creation of change orders
• Assist with equipment procurement and deliveries
• Assist in creation of estimates and contract negotiations
• Help track project milestones including field measurements
• Shop drawing approvals
• Engineering release dates
• Coordinate communication between PMs, engineering, production, and field teams
• Escalate schedule risks or missing information to PMs immediately
• Assist with collecting backup documentation for billing
• Help organize closeout documents including warranty documents, O&M manuals, As-builts, final punch documentation
• Track closeout requirements and deadlines
