Our client, an established private architecture firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the organization and delivery of architectural projects. This position will coordinate information, schedules, documentation, and communication across internal teams and external consultants.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of project coordination or administrative project experience.
Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or design services preferred.
Strong understanding of project documentation and coordination processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management platforms.
Experience with Bluebeam, Newforma, or similar software preferred.
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
Annual salary of $58,000 to $72,000.
Performance-based annual bonus of up to 5%.
