Job summary

Keller Executive Search is seeking a Project Coordinator for an established private architecture firm to organize and deliver architectural projects. You will coordinate information, schedules, documentation, and communication across internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project schedules, action lists, meeting records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate information among architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Annual salary of $58,000 to $72,000.

Performance-based annual bonus of up to 5%.
