Job summary

Our client, a multidisciplinary private architecture firm, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to coordinate client and consultant agreements. This position will help maintain accurate contract records, support risk management, and ensure commercial requirements are addressed throughout each engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review contracts for commercial terms, insurance requirements, and administrative completeness.
  • Coordinate client agreements, consultant contracts, amendments, and renewals.
  • Maintain contract files, approval records, templates, and tracking systems.
  • Monitor execution status, expiration dates, and outstanding documentation.
  • Coordinate certificates of insurance and other contractual requirements.
  • Support project teams with contract interpretation and procedural questions.
  • Identify unusual terms and elevate potential risks for appropriate review.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with finance regarding fees, payment terms, and approved scope changes.

Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, construction management, or a related field.

3+ years of contract administration or commercial coordination experience.

Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services preferred.

Familiarity with professional services agreements and consultant contracts.

Experience with AIA contract documents preferred.

Strong document review, recordkeeping, and deadline management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive commercial information with discretion.

Annual salary of $62,000 to $76,000.

Eligibility for annual company profit sharing.
