Affiliated Engineers, Inc. in Sacramento is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our new office in delivering timely, high-quality project coordination and client-focused service.

You will handle visitor coordination, deliveries, and onboarding of new Sacramento-based staff while collaborating with internal and client teams. As part of our team, you will develop strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills, and contribute to efficient project execution on smaller, well-defined

Competenze

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• General understanding of project management.
• Basic understanding of HR policy.

As a Project Coordinator in our Sacramento office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Here’s why we need you:

In this role, you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity. You will be the point person in our newly established Sacramento office supporting administrative functions such as coordinating visitors and incoming deliveries and onboarding new Sacramento based employees. You will work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards.

Expertise of our most successful Project Coordinator:

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1-year experience in a professional office environment. Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• General understanding of project management preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR policy preferred.
