Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) seeks a Project Coordinator in our Madison, WI office to help deliver energy-efficient building solutions and support clients across healthcare, science, and technology sectors.

You will work with internal and external project teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project execution on small-scale projects, applying AEI policies and standards and leveraging strong Microsoft Office skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-year experience in a professional office environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • General understanding of project management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support duties on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity.
  • Work closely with internal and external project team members to carry out coordination and support duties.
  • Follow AEI policies and standards to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity. You will work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards.

Expertise of our most successful Project Coordinator
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-year experience in a professional office environment. Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • General understanding of project management preferred.
