Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is seeking a Project Coordinator-In-Office for our Gainesville office to support energy-efficient building solutions and complex projects.

You will collaborate with clients and teams to ensure timely delivery, organize tasks, and maintain quality while growing professionally in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a professional office environment; experience in professional services ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• General understanding of project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to timely, high-quality project execution on small-to-medium projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external project team members to carry out coordination and support duties per AEI policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity. You will work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards.

Expertise Of Our Most Successful Project Coordinator

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.


• 1-year experience in a professional office environment. Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.


• General understanding of project management preferred.
