• Ability to work and communicate effectively with sales, management, electrical and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Complete and delivery of submittal packages including drawings, data sheets, and docs for FDNY compliance.
• Schedule technicians for installs, punch lists, pre-test inspections, etc.
• Process, track and respond to Notices of Defect from FDNY.
• Schedule FDNY inspections for final sign-offs.
• Coordinate creation and delivery of as-built drawings and provide general support for middle managers (service + insp).

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our fire business unit.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete and delivery of submittal packages which includes, drawings, data sheets, docs for FDNY compliance, etc.
• Works within AFA departments, internally, to schedule techs for installs, punch lists items, pre-test inspections, etc.
• Processes, tracks and responds to Notices of Defect from FDNY
• Schedules FDNY inspections for final sign-offs
• Coordinates creation and delivery of as-built drawingsProvides general support for middle managers (service + insp)

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch and/or tech support experience
• High School Diploma
• General basic working knowledge of fire alarm
• General basic working knowledge of autocad
• Ability to work in NYC office full time
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with sales, management, electrical and general contractors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expeditor license a plus but not required

Pay Range:

$28.00-$40.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
