Job summary

Pavion is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the fire, security, and integration initiatives at JFK terminals 1 and 6. You will supervise the full project lifecycle, coordinate EC and GC teams, and ensure on-time delivery with rigorous cost control.

The role demands 10+ years in large-scale project management, NYCFD S-98 certification, and deep knowledge of NYC fire code requirements. A valid driver's license is required, with salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all facets of the JFK job including Terminals 1 & 6
• Scheduling, Liaison between EC and GC, Applicable Change Orders, Percentage of Completion (Revenue Recognition)
• Perform pre-sales or post-award engineering assessments to provide our sales force with the most cost-effective solution for both material and labor
• Prepare submittals and permitting documents as well as O&M Manuals and As-Builts upon job completion
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Management and logistical support of multiple ongoing projects
• Manpower coordination/Sub-contractor management
• Permitting and inspection coordination with AHJ
