Job summary

PSG GROUP LLC is seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative and project coordination support for construction projects. The role is based in Lordstown, Ohio, with a six-month data center project and a long pipeline of national work.

You will maintain documentation, coordinate communications, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to company procedures. The position offers long-term career growth and requires a degree and 2+ years of related experience, plus proficiency in MS

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of project administration, project coordination, construction administration, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize project files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage document control processes, including distribution, filing, and tracking of project documents.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Support electronic document management systems (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Track action items and follow up with project team members.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and project-related events.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding and compliance documentation.
  • Support contract administration and maintain contract records.
  • Track purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Coordinate collection of insurance certificates, licenses, and compliance documents.
  • Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence.
  • Monitor submission deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist project managers with document preparation and distribution.
  • Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Support budget monitoring and project cost reporting.
  • Prepare routine project status reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate project data in company systems.

Project Administrator

Location: Lordstown, Ohio, United States

Pay: $53,771.09 - $64,756.58 per year

Position Summary

The Project Administrator provides administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and project teams throughout the construction project lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating communications among stakeholders, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

This role will initially support a 6‑month data center construction project based in Lordstown, Ohio, with a strong pipeline of follow‑on projects nationwide. This is not a short‑term assignment — upon successful completion of the first project, you will transition directly to subsequent projects, offering long‑term career stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Project Documentation & Records Management
  • Maintain and organize project files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage document control processes, including distribution, filing, and tracking of project documents.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Support electronic document management systems (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, etc.).
Project Coordination

Qualifications

Preferred
  • Experience in commercial construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of construction project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus.
