Hensel Phelps in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Construction Managers and Superintendents in planning resources, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects. You will support schedule coordination, materials tracking, and administrative duties to keep projects on track and within budget.
Responsibilities include client liaison, risk assessment, monthly pay applications, and cost reporting.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with Construction Managers and Superintendents to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. The Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
