Job summary

MTM LLC in Grapevine, Texas is seeking a hands-on installation and field-service leader to build and grow a world-class customer service and installation team. You will oversee pre/post site inspections, ensure proper installation practices, and troubleshoot issues on the fly to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Daily site check-ins, CRM usage, and clear communication with inside teams and installers will be essential as you drive workload management and maintain update dashboards.

JOB SUMMARY

Build and develop a world-class customer service and installation team that aggressively promotes and supports the team on all installation projects, creates exceptional customer satisfaction, and consistently delivers on the value proposition with overall Company strategy.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre/Post Site Inspections to determine project/site readiness and quality of installation.
• Daily Installation site check-ins, to ensure proper installation procedures are being followed.
• Communicates all issues onsite to inside team; to provide thorough description documentation and photos promptly.
• Field Level Main POC – Inside Team and Installers.
• To field Installers questions and concerns during the installation process.
• Be able to perform basic recovery tasks.
• View daily Dashboards for overall awareness of current and upcoming workload.
• Effectively utilize the CRM, when applicable.
• Able to navigate and utilize various computer systems on laptop, Ipad and iphone.
• Customer facing and able to troubleshoot issues that arise on the fly and come up with quick solutions.
• Handle all customer requests timely and professionally.
• Quickly build rapport with inside and outside customers.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
