Job summary

Persona, Inc. in Watertown, SD, is seeking a confident, independent self-starter to assist the Sales Team with open projects and ensure customer needs are met. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to drive proposals accurately and timely.

You will obtain project information, assemble quotes, issue purchase orders, manage documentation, and coordinate shipping and timelines. This is a full-time position with typical hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; overtime may be

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous project management skills/experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary project information through survey/code check process to present information to the Sales Representative for a proposal.
• Assemble/Request Freight Quotes, Install Bids, Graphics, etc.
• Issue installer Purchase Orders for surveys.
• Send and receive required documentation after a project is awarded including permit documents, PO’s, site/survey photos, etc.
• Assist with overall aspects of the project coordination once order is received including shipping, freight arrival, drop shipments, installer timelines/communication and deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
