OXLEY Architects is currently seeking an individual to join our team in the position of Project Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with some of the most innovative projects in the industry, while working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to helping advance your skills and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Assist architects and senior team members with day-to-day tasks such as drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, and site visits
• Participate in design meetings, offering creative ideas and developing innovative concepts and solutions
• Contribute to project documentation, including creating detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Assist with on-site quality control and quality assurance inspections to ensure that all project requirements are met
• Collaborate with other team members to analyze project site conditions, including topography, climate, and available resources
• Keep up to date with the latest design software, products, and materials to ensure that our designs remain innovative and sustainable

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited architecture program
• 3 to 7 years of experience
• Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
• Creativity and an ability to think outside the box, developing innovative and effective solutions
• Reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the latest architectural trends and sustainable design principles is a plus
