Job Title: Temporary Project Coordinator – Retail Store Launch (Remote)

Department: Marketing / Events

Location: Remote (Central Time Zone hours preferred)

Duration: Through end of June (20–30 hours/week, with potential for extension)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Coordinator to support the upcoming launch of a new retail concept store. This temporary, part-time remote position will assist with event-driven and marketing-focused project management tasks. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in event marketing or retail coordination and who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support project logistics and execution for retail launch
2. Take clear, actionable meeting notes and follow up on tasks
3. Assist with scheduling, communication, and tracking deliverables
4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
5. Organize and maintain project documentation and timelines
6. Work closely with stakeholders and provide status updates as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, event marketing, or retail operations
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with marketing teams and fluent in marketing terminology
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Availability to work within Central Time Zone meeting hours
• Previous experience supporting retail or event-based projects is a plus

Additional Information:

• Fully remote role; candidates from a range of geographic locations are welcome
• Interview process expected to be a single round due to urgency
• Quick feedback turnaround – candidates should be available for interviews within 24–48 hours of submission
• The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
