Position Description:

Our Project Coordinators have a unique opportunity to utilize their technical skills by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading initiatives in medical device technology. This team supports scheduling for field service personnel performing remediation in healthcare facilities.

This role is remote, offering a great opportunity to develop project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track daily activities to ensure project completion on time and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and utilize project plans with clear milestones and responsibilities.
  • Manage project scope, including customer priorities.
  • Identify project risks proactively and develop action plans for resolution.
  • Manage and escalate project issues or risks appropriately.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding products and services.
  • Use governance tools (scope documents, status reports, risk logs, etc.) to manage projects effectively.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in project management, customer service, or dispatch is required.
  • Healthcare IT software/hardware experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of corporate procedures, customer complaint handling, and Medical Device Reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, escalating issues as needed.
  • Ability to follow processes with minimal supervision.
  • Technical experience is a plus; proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

The estimated hourly pay range is $27.00 - $29.00, based on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may be offered.
