The Project Coordinator supports PRI's project teams by managing communications, documentation, workflows, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and exceed quality expectations. The role involves working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to track deliverables, manage schedules, maintain documentation, and support team activities. Responsibilities include creating workflows, assisting with SOPs, preparing technical reports, coordinating meetings, ensuring Section 508 compliance, and monitoring project assignments. The Project Coordinator reports to project management leadership, supports process improvements, and helps ensure all project activities meet PRI's standards.
