Job summary

SJE, LangeTech brand in Chesterfield, MO, is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize and drive projects from setup through invoicing. You’ll partner with engineers, internal teams, and customers to keep documentation accurate, schedules on track, and billing precise.

You will maintain budgets, schedules, and project data in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with procedures and timelines while delivering reliable, scalable automation solutions.

The job:

As our Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving toward successful completion. You will coordinate project activities from initial setup through final invoicing, working closely with engineers, internal teams, and customers to ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient execution. You will help maintain project schedules, track budgets, and support accurate billing while ensuring projects meet company standards and established timelines.

The skills, education, and experience you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience with:

• Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, from initial setup through completion.
• Entering, setting up, and maintaining project information in an ERP system, preferably IFS.
• Collaborating with engineering and internal teams to coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
• Reviewing project schedules to identify activity sequences, critical paths, and potential delays.
• Developing and maintaining Schedules of Values (SOV) and supporting accurate monthly project invoicing.
• Monitoring project budgets, tracking performance, and preparing status reports as needed.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Communicating effectively with customers and cross-functional teams to provide project updates and resolve issues.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a technical field is preferred, along with the ability to understand and effectively coordinate engineering-related projects.
