You'll work with project managers, consultants, technical teams, and clients to keep large technology projects moving forward, coordinating meetings, capturing action items, and maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills required.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Experience in project coordination is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule internal and client meetings.
• Participate in client calls and ensure action items are captured.
• Review project hours and related documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams regularly.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects and priorities.
• Prepare meeting materials, status updates, and reports.
• Assist with budgets, scope changes, and administration.
• Keep project information organized in management tools.
