Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Arkansas is seeking an organized Project Coordinator to support the Project Leadership team with internal and external client meetings and ensure timely communication, action items, and status updates across multiple projects.

You will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of experience, and demonstrate fast, accurate data entry. Experience with Aqua/WebVantage, Smartsheets, and Advanced Microsoft Office is expected. Compensation ranges USD 50,065–60,040 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Data entry speed and accuracy are extremely important.
• Experience with Aqua/WebVantage and Smartsheets a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support across multiple projects with varying timelines and budgets.
• Engage in internal and external client meetings, tracking action items and takeaways.
• Provide ongoing status updates to project leader.
• Support internal team communication including timing, budget, revisions, next steps.
