Publicis Groupe in the United States is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Project Leadership team. You will partner with Account Leadership and Creative for internal and external client meetings and manage communication and status updates across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-3 years of experience
• Data entry speed and accuracy extremely important
• Experience with Aqua/WebVantage, Smartsheets a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite expected

Responsibilities

• Provide project support across multiple projects and/or books of business with varying timelines and budgets
• Engage in internal and external client meetings and or calls, tracking action items and takeaways, to-do lists
• Provide ongoing status updates to project leader
• Understand and support internal team communication and awareness including timing, budget, revisions, next steps, and other aspects of the Project Management function
• Provide back-up support for Project Management team members as needed
• Understand how to utilize Saatchi & Saatchi X resources, ensuring that proper representation is brought together for work/projects
• Develop collaborative internal relationships across all functions and departments
• Respond quickly to team needs, potential problems, or issues, partnering with project leader and/or appropriate cross-functional team members
• to proactively solve
• Assist in acquisition of client assets, equity files, stock photography, translations, and similar needs for projects and provide to team to facilitate the work
