Publicis Groupe is seeking a Client Partnership Assistant Manager in the United States to support delivery of client projects, manage internal logistics, and ensure on-time completion with cross-team coordination.

Under supervision, you will organize schedules, assets, and meeting notes, build collaborative relationships, and maintain attention to detail across media campaigns while proactively improving processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of client service or project management experience in an ad agency or related field.
• Experience coordinating multi-media campaigns and producing deliverables.
• Strong documentation, scheduling, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support internal workflow, routing, asset preparation, and meeting documentation.
• Oversee project maintenance, file organization, and archival of assets.
