Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi X is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support the Project Leadership team across multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate internal and external meetings, track action items, and keep stakeholders informed on project status.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong data entry accuracy. Experience with Aqua/WebVantage, Smartsheets, and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Data entry speed and accuracy extremely important.
• Experience with Aqua/WebVantage, Smartsheets a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support across multiple projects with varying timelines and budgets.
• Engage in internal and external client meetings or calls, tracking action items.
• Provide ongoing status updates to project lead.
• Understand and support internal team communication, timing, and budget aspects.
• Provide back-up support for Project Management team members as needed.
• Utilize Saatchi & Saatchi X resources for work/projects.
• Develop collaborative relationships across all functions and departments.
• Respond quickly to team needs and potential issues with cross-functional partners.
• Assist in acquisition of client assets and translations to facilitate work.
