Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking an entry-level project support professional to assist project leads by handling administrative tasks, reading plans, and helping with pricing and submittals.

You will coordinate with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales while ensuring timely updates to the team and customers. Prior experience is valued, and proficiency in MS Excel is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an office environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication.
• Comfortable user of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the project lead team.
• Handle administrative tasks for project leads.
• Read/interpret plans and drawings.
• Determine pricing of products as needed.
• Build submittal packets for customers.
• Inform team of order status and changes.
• Coordinate with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales.
• Follow up on inquiries and process escalations.
