CRH Americas Building Products is seeking an entry-level project support professional to assist project leads by handling administrative tasks, reading plans, and helping with pricing and submittals.

You will coordinate with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales while ensuring timely updates to the team and customers. Prior experience is valued, and proficiency in MS Excel is required.

Job Description

This person will be responsible for supporting our team of project leads, providing feedback to business units, data entry, andread/interpret plans. This is an entry level position (1+ years' minimum experience) that will be responsible for supporting our team of project leads.

Duties Include

• Provide support to project lead team
• Handle administrative tasks for project leads
• Read/interpret plans and drawings
• Determine pricing of products as needed
• Build submittal packets for customers
• Inform team of the status of their orders, advising them of any changes
• Comply with company attendance standards
• Coordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales.
• Follow up on inquiries for customer issue resolution and product design; process escalations when needed
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve team's requests in an effective manner

Compensation

• Base salary target range is $55,000-$65,000
