Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Mobile, AL seeks an experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control for heavy industrial projects. You will develop and update schedules, monitor progress, and forecast construction activities while coordinating with engineers and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in planning, scheduling, and estimating, with strong knowledge of Earned Value, change management, and Primavera P6/Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling and cost control practices.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules; obtain updates via meetings and field verification.
• Develop and maintain cost systems and reports; manage change notices.
