Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating experience.
• Ability to develop construction cost estimates and detailed engineering schedules.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Timberline Estimating.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules via meetings and field verification.
• Manage earned value, change notices, and cost reporting.
• Estimate construction projects and support constructability reviews.
• Assist clients with project strategies and logistics safety.
• Prepare quantity analyses and man-hour budgets.
• Assist in cost system reconciliation and invoicing.
