Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules with proper predecessors and successors.
• Deconstruct scope into discrete activities with max durations.
• Incorporate procurement, submittals, and material delivery into schedules.
• Verify quantity take-offs in schedules.
• Forecast material, equipment, and labor.
• Track costs, schedule, and earned value.
• Input change orders into schedules.
• Design frag nets to show submittal impacts on change orders.
• Coordinate site surveys and establish work areas.
• Produce baseline vs actual schedule reports and narratives.
• Maintain CPM narratives and provide mitigation insights.
