You will develop and refine WBS, mentor teams on take‑offs and estimates, and ensure methods and addenda are properly integrated into the schedule. This role requires extensive experience in PM software (Primavera P6, AS400 CMMS, PM Online) and a focus on risk management, baseline governance, and earned value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project controls experience with HS diploma
• 8+ years with an Associate's degree
• 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ with a Master's degree

Responsibilities

• Advise on and lead development of WBS aligned to project scope.
• Coordinate and establish work areas to optimize workflow.
• Mentor teams on validating quantity take-offs for accurate estimates.
• Review means, methods, and compliance to minimize risk and ensure clarity.
• Maintain change orders in schedules and integrate addenda.
• Develop resource-loaded master schedule and forecast resources.
