• Incorporates procurement, submittals, reviews, and material delivery timelines into the schedule.
• Assesses quantity take-offs and ensures all items are scheduled.
• Resource loads the schedule and forecasts material, equipment, and labor needs.
• Tracks costs, schedule, and earned value to report status.
• Inputs and updates change orders in the schedule.
• Designs schedules frag nets to show impact of submittals on changes; coordinates site surveys.
• Produces baseline vs. actual schedule reports and monthly narratives.
• Maintains CPM narratives with insights and mitigation ideas.
