Job summary

You will create and update schedules, ensure correct predecessors and successors, and coordinate with procurement, submittals, and field teams to keep timelines on track. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 0+ years of experience; preferred familiarity with Primavera P6, PM Online (in-house) CMMS, and AS400.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with project scheduling processes.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Experience with PM Online (in-house) software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules with appropriate predecessors and successors.
• Decompose project scope into discrete activities with durations.
• Incorporate procurement, submittals, and material delivery timelines into schedules.
• Analyze quantity take-offs and ensure items are in the schedule.
• Resource-load schedules forecasting materials, equipment, and labor.
• Track costs, schedule, and earned value; provide status updates.
• Input pending and approved change orders into the schedule.
• Coordinate site surveys and establish work areas as needed.
• Identify constructability constraints and reflect them in schedules.
• Produce baseline vs actual schedule reports and narratives.
• Maintain CPM network narratives with insights and mitigation.
