Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules with proper predecessors and successors.
• Deconstruct project scope into discrete activities with durations.
• Incorporate procurement, submittals, and delivery timelines into schedules.
• Analyze quantity take-offs and ensure schedule coverage.
• Resource-load schedules and forecast material, equipment, and labor needs.
• Track costs, schedule, and earned value for status reporting.
• Update change orders in the schedule and assess impacts.
• Lead site surveys coordination and define work areas as needed.
• Identify constructability constraints and reflect impacts in the schedule.
• Produce baseline vs. actual schedule reports and narratives.
• Maintain CPM narratives with insights and mitigation ideas.
