The role requires experience in construction scheduling, familiarity with Primavera and MS Project, and a strong commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture and diverse teams across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project and other scheduling tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules of moderate complexity.
• Analyze schedule progress, float, near-critical paths and narratives.
• Support schedule coordination meetings and stakeholder inputs.
• Maintain schedule reporting cadences and change tracking.
