Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Scheduling Lead to drive complex project scheduling across federal and commercial sectors. The role focuses on CPM development, baseline strategy, and robust narrative reporting to clients.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating inputs and delivering time-critical updates on medium to large projects. The candidate will mentor junior schedulers, ensure coding consistency, and apply advanced scheduling analyses to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science.
• AACE PSP certification is preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 for schedule diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical leadership for project scheduling on large or high-risk projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules with baseline strategy and coding consistency.
• Lead schedule update analyses and identify critical drivers and risks.
• Prepare time impact analyses to assess schedule impacts and recovery options.
• Coordinate inputs from clients, contractors and third parties for coherent forecasts.
• Mentor junior schedulers and provide day-to-day technical direction.
