Job summary

HDR is seeking a Scheduler II to develop and maintain CPM schedules for projects, applying standard scheduling practices to support planning and recovery efforts. You will create baseline and updated schedules, analyze progress and float, and prepare narratives for stakeholders while supporting cadence reporting and change tracking.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in construction scheduling, familiarity with Primavera and MS Project, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software for planning and reporting.
• Experience with Primavera and MS Project is preferred.
• Active participant in an employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules of moderate complexity.
• Create schedule narratives and monitor progress and float.
• Support schedule coordination meetings and integrate inputs from stakeholders.
• Maintain schedule reporting cadences and document schedule impacts.
