Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Scheduler (Federal) to provide advanced leadership on project scheduling for medium to large, high-risk projects. You will develop and maintain CPM schedules, manage baseline updates, and analyze schedule performance.

You’ll coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure coherent forecasts and change narratives. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of scheduling experience on engineering or construction projects, proficiency in Primavera, and cost/resource

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years scheduling experience on engineering or construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera and/or other scheduling software.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced technical leadership for project scheduling on medium to large or higher-risk projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for major projects with baseline strategy and coding.
• Lead schedule update analyses and identify critical drivers and risks.
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders on sequencing conflicts and plan revisions.
• Provide schedule narratives and compliance observations for reporting.
