Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Analyst in California to support HDR's Building Engineering Services Group. This role focuses on developing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating information among project participants, and leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6 to maintain robust project control processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multidisciplinary engineering design and construction.
• Ability to interpret construction schedules.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use established processes and tools on projects.
• Develop and assist in preparation of schedules.
• Prepare various reports.
• Coordinate information flow between project participants and client as appropriate.
• Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools including Excel, Sheets, MSP, Primavera P6.
• Assist in schedule baseline and updates reviews.
• Assist in cost estimate development and review.
• Monitor, update, and review financial data.
• Coordinate and maintain project documentation.
