Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to support project controls in a growing engineering environment. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Project Controls and collaborates with Project Managers on planning, scheduling, earned value, and related processes.

The position is salaried with eligibility for overtime pay and is based at one of our eight office locations, including Maumee, OH. A bachelor’s degree and scheduling software experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering preferred.
• Experience in an engineering, construction, or similar industry.
• Thorough working knowledge of Windows environment, including Project, Word, and Excel.
• One year experience with Microsoft Project scheduling software and/or Primavera software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task code assignment, and budgeting (Deltek Vision budget entry).
• Develop and maintain proposal and project schedules as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain earned value tracking spreadsheets as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain Project Plans and project/customer reports as requested by PMs.
• Assist Senior Manager with training and development on job cost, planning, scheduling, earned value, and related activities.
• Assist with departmental needs consistent with the required skills.
