Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our Westminster, CO team. This salaried role supports Project Managers in planning, scheduling, earned value, and maintenance of projects.

You will help develop WBS structures, budgets, and project plans, while contributing to training and process improvements. Occasional travel to client sites or other offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred.
• Experience in an engineering, construction or similar industry.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, including Project, Word, and Excel.
• One year experience with Microsoft Project scheduling software and/or Primavera software.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with planning, scheduling, earned value and maintenance of projects.
• Support Senior Manager with planning, scheduling, earned value, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain WBS, task codes, budgets, schedules, and reports as requested by PMs.
• Train and develop others in job cost, planning, scheduling, and related activities.
• Travel to support Matrix projects as needed.
