Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Maumee, OH. The role supports project controls by aiding PMs in planning, scheduling, earned value, and maintenance of projects across multiple locations.

The P/S reports to the Senior Manager and contributes to process improvements and departmental activities. Responsibilities include developing WBS, budgeting, maintaining schedules and earned value tracking, and preparing project and customer reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred.
• Experience in an engineering, construction or similar industry.
• Thorough working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows environment, including Project, Word, and Excel.
• One year experience with Microsoft Project scheduling software and/or Primavera software.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers with the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task code assignment and budgeting (e.g. Deltek Vision budget entry).
• Develop and maintain proposal and project schedules, as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain earned value tracking spreadsheets, as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain Project Plans, project reports, customer reports, etc., as requested by PMs.
• As assigned by the Senior Manager, assist with the training and development of others with regard to job cost, planning, scheduling, earned value, and other project related activities.
• As assigned by the Senior Manager, assist with departmental needs consistent with skills required above.
• Local travel or travel to alternate work sites may be required to support Matrix clients and projects.
