Job summary

Matrix Technologies is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to support project controls, planning, scheduling, earned value, and process improvement. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Project Controls and collaborates with Project Managers to maintain schedules and budgets.

The position is based in one of eight office locations, including Maumee, OH, and is salaried with eligibility for overtime. Experience in engineering or construction and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering fields preferred.
• Experience in engineering, construction or similar industry.
• Strong MS Windows experience including Project, Word, Excel.
• At least 1 year using MS Project and/or Primavera scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task codes, budgeting in Deltek Vision.
• Create and maintain project schedules as defined by PMs.
• Maintain earned value tracking spreadsheets per PM guidance.
• Prepare Project Plans and customer reports as requested by PMs.
• Assist Senior Manager and others with cost, schedule, earned value processes.
• Travel to project sites as required to support Matrix projects.
