Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to support project controls across multiple offices.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Project Controls and involves planning, scheduling, earned value, and maintenance of projects. Based in one of eight office locations (Maumee OH, Cincinnati OH, Westminster CO, Indianapolis IN, Peachtree City GA, Overland Park KS, Edina MN, Raleigh NC), it is a salaried role with overtime eligibility; travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred.
• Experience in an engineering, construction or similar industry.
• Thorough working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows environment, including Project, Word, and Excel.
• One year experience with Microsoft Project scheduling software and/or Primavera software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WBS, task coding, and budgeting with PM input (Deltek Vision budget entry).
• Develop and maintain proposal and project schedules, as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain earned value tracking spreadsheets.
• Develop and maintain Project Plans and customer/project reports.
• Assist in training others on project cost, planning, scheduling and EV.
• Support departmental needs aligned with skills above.
• Local travel to client sites as needed.
