Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Planner/Scheduler to support project controls by assisting PMs with planning, scheduling, earned value, and project maintenance.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Project Controls and may involve travel to client sites as needed. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or engineering, experience in engineering or construction, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred.
• Experience in an engineering, construction or similar industry.
• Thorough working knowledge of current Windows environment, including Project, Word, and Excel.
• One year experience with Microsoft Project scheduling software and/or Primavera software.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers with the development and maintenance of WBS, task code assignment and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain proposal and project schedules as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain earned value tracking spreadsheets as defined by PMs.
• Develop and maintain Project Plans and customer reports as requested by PMs.
• Assist with training and development regarding job cost, planning, scheduling and earned value.
• Assist with departmental needs consistent with skills above.
