Qualifications

• 3+ years of project controls experience in engineering/construction environments.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and project performance reporting.
• Oracle Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Experience creating and maintaining WBS and project schedules.
• Strong cost and schedule data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and cost reports using project controls best practices.
• Create client-facing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics communicating status, trends, and risks.
• Build and manage WBS, critical path schedules, and schedule risk analyses.
• Analyze performance, forecasted costs, cash flow, and progress against milestones.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and program reporting systems.
• Conduct data validation reviews and occasional field audits for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to identify risks and resolve issues.
