Job summary

Opitz Bürotechnik is seeking a Project Controls Cost Specialist to lead forecasting, cost management, and reporting across multiple project sites. You will develop WBS/CBS structures, manage budgets and schedules, and present financial status to PM teams with clear analysis and recommendations.

The role requires strong MS Project/Primavera skills, experience with cost controls, and the ability to travel up to 10% for site reviews and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3-5 years of project cost controls or large project management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in construction contracts and cost management.
• Strong analytical skills for cost, risk, and budgeting analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develops and produces weekly, monthly, and special reports for client and PM staff.
• Support claims and variance analysis with MS Project, Access, Primavera, and Excel.
• Author/draft reports based on cost analyses of costs, timelines, site inspections.
