Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to provide intensive controls support across a large portfolio of capital projects, with heavy Primavera scheduling and cost management responsibilities. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and timely closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage 50–75+ projects/contracts in a matrix environment, leveraging Excel and SharePoint to track budgets and forecasts while driving corrective actions and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Experience supporting multiple concurrent capital projects.
• Proficient in Primavera with cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication with project managers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze 75+ cost- and resource-loaded capital project schedules using Primavera Project Management software.
• Manage schedule and cost updates, including resource assignments, milestones, dependencies, and overall project performance.
• Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from estimate input and initial project setup through execution and project closeout.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance, identify negative trends, and develop risk mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Assemble project budgets, maintain ongoing forecasts, and perform cost variance analysis and reporting.
• Communicate schedule, cost, forecasting, and overall project performance to project teams and management.
• Manage a high volume of 50+ active projects/contracts, maintaining accuracy and ensuring project-control requirements and deadlines are met.
• Support annual capital program budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Prepare project closeout documentation and analyze final project performance and results.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate project information.
• Maintain organized project controls documentation and information using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
