Amtrak is seeking a Project Controls Manager located in Philadelphia. This integral role involves advising on cost engineering and change management processes while ensuring compliance with Amtrak’s established guidelines. The Project Controls Manager will work closely with project teams and the Director of Project Controls to enhance project performance through effective use of project controls tools and systems.

Experience with Primavera P6 and earned value management is essential, along with the ability to train and support project teams in these methodologies. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in project controls.

• 7 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with project cost controls and change management.
• Intermediate knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and quality control.

• Advise and coach on Cost Engineering and Change Management.
• Update and maintain CAPD procedures for cost control.
• Develop reporting mechanisms for project performance.
