Amtrak is seeking a Lead Project Controls Specialist – Risk to support risk management across its Capital Delivery projects. The role involves facilitating risk workshops, developing risk registers, and coordinating with Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement, and PM teams to identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparation and maintenance of project risk policies and procedures.
• Lead risk workshops for medium to high complexity capital projects.
• Serve as risk manager for capital construction projects.
• Develop risk dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with schedule and cost teams for data.
• Support Change Management processes and CCB activities.
