• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 11 years prior relevant experience required
• 13+ years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads the development, administration and execution of the budget for assigned programs; approves the forecast of funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; approves expenditures and implements budgetary adjustments as appropriate.
• Responsible for development and assignment of people and resources to project teams to ensure projects execute as planned – safely, delivering high‑quality assets, on time and on budget.
• Directs and leads the development of scope of work, procurement and delivery strategy and coordination with Amtrak’s Engineering and construction teams.
• Oversee and direct resource allocations, compliance audits and inspections, and improvement initiatives in quality assurance and quality control procedures.
