Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, construction, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Finance/Accounting.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, internal staff, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide the Estimate at Completion cost forecast and monthly budget reviews.
• Perform monthly cost reporting to ensure expenditures stay within budget.
• Monitor financial risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies for budget adherence.
• Manage purchasing processes: supplier setup, requisitions, POs, invoicing, and timely payments in Oracle Fusion.
• Verify invoices and claims to ensure expenditures are properly recorded.
