Job summary

United Grid Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler/Controls Specialist to support engineers, project managers and construction managers across energy projects including wind, solar, energy storage and transmission. You will maintain schedules in Primavera P6, prepare monthly reports with baseline comparisons, manage capital postings and contribute to schedules, cost, and recovery plans.

Travel to project sites across North America may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; utilities/energy knowledge preferred.
• 0–3 years of project scheduling/management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and progress project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline and progress schedules.
• Ensure accurate capital postings and reporting against budgets.
• Develop action plans and mitigation strategies from critical path analysis.
• Produce executive-level write-ups with clear, concise information.
• Provide scheduling support for multiple projects and teams.
• Travel to project sites within North America as needed.
